A Venezuelan man was shot in Austin, Texas, by a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent on Sunday, officials say. 28-year-old Wilber Rafael Garces Perez was working for DoorDash at the time of the shooting, his lawyer said. CBS News' Jason Allen reports.
