Trump rambles from his under-construction White House ballroom after Election Day disaster

What the coverage shows

Both outlets center Trump’s first appearance after the election and the under-construction White House ballroom. NBC News frames the event as a post-election appearance in which he boasted about the ballroom and largely avoided his party’s losses, while The Independent describes him as “rambling” from the ballroom and notes that he appeared with administration officials after a morning-after social media post.
